I’ve spent the last 15 years in Real Estate as both a Realtor® and an active investor, helping over 250 families and individuals just like you buy, sell, and build wealth across Utah. Whether you want to sell fast for cash, sell your home for top dollar, or buy and invest wisely, I focus on what makes the most sense for you and your situation and can help find solutions for any scenario.
I don’t push transactions or sell deals that don’t make sense financially or otherwise. My clients get the real numbers, the real risks, and the best options—then I fight hard for the outcome they choose. That’s why most of my business comes from referrals. My clients become friends and they trust me, and that means the world to me.
Before real estate, I was a licensed electrician working in construction and as a tram/lift electrician at Snowbird (yes, I got paid to play). So I don’t just see pretty finishes—I see inside the walls: structure, wiring, red flags, and renovation costs. That background helps my clients avoid bad deals and spot real opportunities.
Outside of work, I’m a proud father of two, a local volunteer and mentor for troubled youth, a snowboarder and outdoor enthusiast, and I speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese. I care deeply about this community and the people in it—not just transactions.
